Effective immediately

All products sold on Kimy Money are digital downloads delivered electronically via email or instant download link.

Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be offered once a file has been delivered or emailed as there is no way to verify whether the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any issue receiving your files, believe you were sent the wrong product, or have trouble opening your download, please contact us within 48 hours at kimymoneyinquries@gmail.com. We’ll make sure you receive the correct product or a working download link.

Thank you for understanding that digital files cannot be “returned” once sent.
